The Unitarian Question and Lighthouse Gale Tales
Notes discuss Friends belief in Christ’s divinity and calls for harmony of science and religion amid Dr Munger controversy. A dramatic lighthouse gale report from Finot’s Ledge details sea forces, damage, and resilience. Also recounted are satirical pieces on a retired rat tale and a cleric’s clever payment of conscience money.
