Purchases lands and city property, collects rents, pays taxes, provides abstracts, and sells agricultural scrip with reasonable fees.
Co HH Marsh, attorney at law and real estate agent on Main Street in Greeley Colorado, offers to handle all court business in Colorado. Specializes in conveyancing buying selling locating lands and examining titles.
Rosa Robbins battles a tick born illness spreading through her children led by Emma and Mary Ann as wood ticks invade their bodies. Doctors are absent. Mrs Caldwell and neighbors assist while Augustus weakens but later improves. The fever lasts days with care, prayers, and close watch, ending with a hopeful dawn and a calm on Sunday.
