Rumors say Sheely may not return to face trial as the case advances. A bond of 22 500 is set, with security in National Pay. Issum Sheely faces 6 400 in warrants, total money tied to the county books 38 900, with a compromised amount yet to be represented. The district court proceedings continue until Tuesday in May.
The obituary notes the death of Mrs. Arrow at age 56, widow of W. Arrow, longtime resident. She was born in Bing and leaves relatives Eula Morse DeVoe and others. Funeral services will be at 218 Tenth Street on Saturday, with burial beside her parents at Binghal Hospital.
The Windsor sugar factory stenography job has an "offer of marriage" trend as three young stenographers married factory employees in the past year. The latest is Ella J. Rork who wed H. H. Johnson Tuesday in Greeley. ceremony at 1:80 o'clock at the Episcopal rectory by Rev. B. W. Bowell. Johnson is the factory's head mechanic. Ella came from Fort Collins to Windsor after Christmas to take the post.
Tickets for the final Philharmonic Society concert at the Sterling Theatre go on sale at stores and via high school boys. Exchanges for reserved seats start next Saturday at the Sterling drug store box office. The program features Prof. J. C. Wilcox with Paglicci prologue and the Denver Lyric Trio with Miss Sara Hunter, plus an orchestrally led lineup under J. C. Kendel.
A chaotic scene unfolded at the city jail as Marathon Bill and two others, Arthur Biden and Charles Pace, caused extensive damage and smashed loose items. All three were found on the cement floor with minor injuries and face charges of drunkenness and malicious mischief after a disturbance that required city hall attention and hospital repairs for damaged furniture.

Dr Vance applied ten stitches. the child, usually active, got into a chair alone before the accident.
Tuesday’s session was busy with routine business and jail disturbances. Alderman Martin introduced a paid fire department ordinance to the fire committee while a lighting scheme was reviewed. A bond proposal by the street railway company, district improvements on Tenth Street, and job openings for city officers were discussed. A sewer district reading and wall report were ordered. Evans ladies offered to buy the old fire bell.
Johnstown April 24. Peter Larson shipped a carload of fat cattle to Denver markets Tuesday morning. The stock was fattened on straw and syrup, which it is said gave excellent results. Several car loads of sheep left here today for market.
John Haynes of Fort Lupton bought a famed driving mare from a Greeley man after a long search. The bill of sale records the horse’s good treatment and the owner’s pledge to return her only if needed. The sale ends a 25 year Greeley family’s attachment as the mare enjoys a peaceful new life.
Commander of Templar Tanner and about 50 Denver sir knights will visit Greeley Commandery No. 10 on Thursday evening arriving by the first Denver train in a special car and leaving after the lodge session. The visit marks his first official trip to the Greeley lodge with a social and refreshments to follow.
Mrs J S Schryver received a telegram announcing the death of Mrs Arthur Rice early Sunday morning in a hospital at Ogden Utah. She was formerly Miss Bertha Robinson and spent years in Greeley before marrying. Mrs Rice ran the millinery department at Ramsay Dry Goods and leaves her husband a three year old son and her mother.

No chairs or tables, 6 am to 11 pm operation, no pool, lunch counters, or card games, and strict supervision by the town board with license fees starting at 750 annually for three months. If approved, annual renewals rise to 1200. The venture hinges on citizen approval and compliance.
