The Colony Meat and Vegetable Market advertises a wide selection including beef veal mutton pork venison buffalo steak and various fowl. It also touts Baltimore oysters and says goods are sold cheap for cash by B F Pimmo.
Henry Ward Beecher discusses true love as self denying service rooted in disinterested friendship and parental sacrifice. He argues love proves itself by serving others, cites Christ washing feet, and contrasts genuine benevolence with mere kindness and vanity.
The Oli Fort south of Cheyenne on the Denver road is a circular sandstone structure with a 50 yard central area, a tall honeycombed wall, and a single sally port.
