He was taken to Ue Hospital Friday morning. Mr. Baab was born in Genny near the Alsace Lorraine district, Tee 7, 4829. He came to America with parents, worked in Pittsburgh, lived in Boaver two years, moved to Jovatius In Greeley, worked for Longmont Creamery for seven decades. In 1904 the IL Dan and Bove grocery store was established, later Baab Brothers and Trauth at 806 Ninth Street. He was active in church and fraternal orders, married Nov. 2, 1907, to Cara A. Lewis, with two children Elmer Dawk and Janet Daal. Survived by brothers Lorita, Heyy, Hernia, and William Baab of Greeley, sister Jock Alisoty of Greeley, and many others. Funeral services held at What Daphine church with interment at Tami Grove. Macy’s Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
