Expensive CAS Unit Aimed at Ending Midair Collisions

By using a master clock and radio beacons, CAS would give pilots time to dive or climb, potentially preventing midair crashes. Estimated costs range from 8,000 to 50,000 dollars per plane, with jetliners higher, and first private models around 8,000 dollars.
