Dox Carr of Carr Manufacturing and E B Barcon Pia of Exchange clashed at the former's street address Monday afternoon. Barcon Pia drew a 32 caliber pistol and threatened to shoot Carr. Barton, armed, was placed under arrest by Deputy Sheriff Charlie Peterson as bystanders intervened.
