Amid rapid three day session lawmakers narrow to final votes on a $200000 master plan for the corrections system and tightening bills on contraband weapons drugs rioting and assaults on prison staff. Critics led by Sen Ralph Cole fault mismanagement and vague terms while Governor Lamm faces opposition from Rep Larry Hobbs and Rep Rob Kirsetit but passes the measures to prompt action by the administration and department officials.
