In Weld county county court two conservators were sought for the estates of Christian Moser and Adam Schwab. John Lauck of Greeley already became conservator of Moser's roughly 30 000 estate. R H Schwab seeks conservatorship for Schwab's about 25 000 estate. Both men were declared mentally incompetent on January 13. I T Snyder represents the applicants.
