Virginia Force Dies Suddenly in Colorado

Virginia Force, 24, of Crete, a popular school teacher, died unexpectedly after an emergency operation. She was the daughter of Ward Force of 1817 Elgibondstrost, Gresley, and W. W. Force. Foster parents Mr and Mrs G. iL Vaughn cared for her in Grentey. Survivors include her father, stepmother, three brothers, and a host of relatives. Funeral services were held at Herndon Mortuary with interment at Lina Grove.

Two Children Killed In Santa Fe Train Crash

Albuqueque Sept 11 reports say two children died and several others injured when a fast train derailed near Bernalillo, about 200 miles north of Albuquerque.
