Tom E. Rose a Longmont resident and former Nebraska farm boy has been named Northeastern Colorado field man for the Colorado Farm Bureau. He will coordinate activities across Larimer Boulder Weld Morgan Logan Sedgwick Phillips Yuma Washington Kit Carson Cheyenne Lincoln Adams Elbert land Douglas counties and more. Rose 30 and a World War II veteran served as radio and IBM operator in the Air Force and recently worked as a Colorado Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance agent in Boulder County. He and his wife Sherry have a one year old son.
Dr Arthur J Brewster and Donald B Montgomery join the Educational Administration Department at Pepperdine College in California and Ohio University respectively. Brewster comes from Wisconsin State University and Colorado State College while Montgomery comes from the University of Kansas and Ohio public schools. They will serve the Educational Planning Service and bring prior experience as teachers principals and consultants. The pair, married to Fay and Christa with two children, will reside at 2833 1th Ave Montgomy.
Reference Librarian Aide Miss Mary Nomwell has been named assistant reference librarian in State College Library. She earned a bachelor’s degree from CSC in 1967 and a master’s from the University of Denver this year. Previously she was a student assistant in the CRC reference department and worked at Rawlins Wyoming for Rat y Services.
