Breckenridge October 2. M J Waltz Summit county judge and George Robinson Breckenridge mayor and former county treasurer were arrested on indictments returned by a special grand jury. Robinson sought a 323000 bond. Waltz held at 1000. Indictments allege Robinson failed to turn over 35250 county funds 1929 to 1940 and Waltz falsified annual statements and misappropriated fees totaling 678.26.
