Several Hurt In Collisions Near Greeley Daily Time
Several people were injured in multiple traffic crashes Wednesday morning at Nineteenth Street and Eleventh Avenue. Thomad RB Wenn, 48, of 1815 Twentieth Street, suffered a head injury and was unconscious for a time after his car struck a pickup driven by Ralph Artie Carlson, 28, of Route 2, Eaton. Carlson and his 10 year old son were uninjured. Mrs. Helen Elon, truck driver, sustained facial injuries but not serious. Mr. Dean, in a Ford, and Mrs. Dean were taken to Weld County hospital. A later collision at Seventh Avenue and Thirteenth Street injured a 10 year old girl, Samia Nottsinger, with multiple dental injuries and a cut lip. Police charged a driver, Emil Anderson, with careless driving in one event.
