David Sarchet of Platteville Dies
David Sarchet 88 of Platteville died Thursday at Weld County General hospital. A retired farmer, he lived in Platteville the past 20 years with his wife Layea. Born December 28, 1882 in Cambridge Ohio, he married Layea December 4, 1895 in Linton Mills Ohio. They moved to Kirwin Kansas then Ward County near Hudson in 1996. They later resided near Platteville and in town the past 15 years. Survived by his wife, seven children Ma Maude Brotemarkle Dwight Ralph John Satchel all of Platteville Mrs Pest Fuller Caldwell Idaho and Raymond Melville Satchel Fort Jordan. Also 23 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Funeral Monday at the Platteville Methodist church with cremation at Riverside Crematory. Meller Mortuary in charge. Memorials to Platteville Methodist Church accepted.
