Washington May 15 The next move in the salt coal wage dispute appeared to be up to John L Lewis as operators accepted War Labor Board order to resume bargaining and continue production. In New York UMW president withheld immediate comment on the WLB directive, leaving doubt about extending the day’s wage terms or possible new stoppage. Shyiver Elevated to Major in WPA Role
