Two Minor Accidents Reported Near Greeley
Colorado State Patrol logged two minor crashes Friday near Greeley. At 6:06 a.m. Ruben Benson and Donald Pavis collided on 26th Street near the city line, causing $350 damage to Pavis's taxi while Benson’s car was undamaged. At 12:50 p.m. Kenneth Pord and Dorothy Waits collided on 16th Street, each car sustaining $200 damage as Waits rear-ended Pord.

Two killed in Weld County traffic crashes
Two people died in Weld County traffic incidents on Friday. Adelaide B. MacKenzie, 41, of Evans, died at the scene in Evans at US 85 and 39th Street after a head and chest trauma in a collision with Harold H. Mackenzie. he was uninjured. A second crash west of Greeley on US 33 and Colo 257 killed a 71 year old Fort Collins woman, with Wade Moorman, 19, of Loveland, treated and released from the hospital.
