Denver May 12 A Lima group Inschouled to meet today to settle strike of Denver construction workers. William G Tickerson of the conciliation service said bargaining committees should be formed. After yesterday’s all day session, reps of contractors and six unions agreed to a 722nap group. Unions seek 25 cent raise. employers propose 7.5 cent cut. A spokesman warned the meeting could yield something but would not discuss reports of compromise. The strike idled 6,099 men and halted large projects including the Colorado-Big Thompson water diversion. Tickerson optimistic settlement near. groups ready to negotiate.
