Aged Man Dies In Chair Here
G Coranialette L. Dontley, 78, longtime Greeley resident, was found dead in his chair at 1207 Fillmore Street Wednesday morning after suffering a heart attack. Coroner John Alloutt attributed the death to heart failure. Dontley, known as Lette Roulicy, had no local relatives and came to Colorado in 1907 from Taylor County Iowa. He worked as a painter, ran a farm, and for 32 years was employed as a cook by Engineers Candy Company. He owned the home he lived in and kept chickens. Neighbors alerted authorities after noticing no activity. the door was opened and he was pronounced dead. Funeral plans are at Macayas.
