Cuban spy tied to attempt on Reagan
A Chicago Tribune report says a Cuban government spy acted as adviser to the Emiliano Zapata Unit, a San Francisco Bay area terrorist group, and took part in discussions to assassinate President Ford and Ronald Reagan at the Republican National Convention in Kansas City in August.
