Love approves four Senate bills in Colorado session

Fisher sanity trial delayed in Aurora murder case
District Attorney won a delay for Teter Fisher charged with murder kidnapping and assault in the abduction of two nine year old girls last November. Judge Howard Ashton moved the sanity trial from March 20 to April 7 and also granted a 61 day delay for a preliminary hearing to March 19 due to case complexity. Fisher was arrested after two girls were abducted near their home with one girl dying from gunshot wounds and the other recovering.
