Senate draws up new money package in Colorado
Colorado Senate Republicans draft a 724 million package as the House delay lingers. The plan links school aid, property tax relief for the elderly, and transportation funding with a 12 percent cap on agricultural lands. If approved, the state surplus would fall from over 120 million to about 7.6 million by 1976.
