State Revenue Department Gets Old Traffic Tickets
A Denver bundle of about 292 traffic tickets dating to 1935 was turned over to the state Department of Revenue by Denver county courts. Director John Heckers said the tickets lack judge or clerk signatures and will be reviewed to determine actions, with penalties unlikely for violations over two years old except for one drunken driving case.
