Sometimes It's Tough Getting Back Into Jail
William Seals, 67, tried to force entry to Miami police headquarters by throwing a brick through a glass door. Convicted Wednesday of destruction of public property, he received a $150 fine and was sent back to the streets. He had been released from a stockade in May after nearly a year for arson and told a policewoman he wanted to be jailed again, saying life is tougher behind bars. Police said his record is scarcer than the arson charge, and he may still be remanded.
