He served here nine years born Oct 4 1883 attended Rudfield college Chicago Theological Seminary married March 24 1904 to Anna Marie Uhrich. Surviving are his wife and several children, two brothers, and many relatives. St Paul’s church prepared burial plot at Linn Grove.

Eight Year Old Relates Lost Experience Near Grand Lake
Eight year old Robert Kenneth Porter described wandering nine miles through mountain country near Grand Lake after straying only ten yards from his mother while they searched for firewood. He was found by a party including four forest rangers and returned to his Denver parents as search efforts continued.
