Walls will be concrete masonry with vinyl asbestos tile and aluminum framed windows. The project includes a basement mechanical area housing a full air conditioning system.

Body found along tracks near Pierce identified as unknown man
The body of a man about 45 years old, five feet ten inches tall, with premature gray hair, blue trousers, and a plaid shirt was found near the Union Pacific tracks four miles west of Pierce Friday morning. Coroner Ross Adamson reported the man likely died from fractures after a possible fall from a freight train. no identification was found. Sheriff Robert A. Welsh and Deputy Sheriff Walter W. Hutter investigated with Adamson.
