Windsor High School rebid plan reduces projected costs
The Windsor Board of Education approved re bidding stockpiling and final excavation payment for the new high school. A $2.63 million guaranteed price remains with Hensel Phelps Construction. Stockpiling starts in September to avert material shortages while 40 cost factors and an old field’s improvements are reviewed.
