State regulations designate trails lakes and streams in Colorado as Public Recreation Use areas to reduce conflicts and protect sites. Areas include Blue Lake Trail 995 Westbranch Teall 960 Rawah Trail 961 Melntyre Trail 968 Camp Lake Trail 968 Upper Camp Lake Trail 963 Rawah Lakes Big Metalyre Lake Camp Lake Upper Camp Lake Fall Creek to Blue Lake West Branch of the Laramie River North Fork of the Laramie River Rawah Creek Camp Creek and Rawah Wilderness Areas. Dogs must be leashed or under control. Firearms discharge banned from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Open fires are prohibited except for self contained devices. Cutting of green trees limbs and shrubs is prohibited. No camping within 100 feet of trails streams or lakes. Motorized vehicles prohibited as per the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forest Travel Map available at district ranger and forest supervisor offices in Fort Collins.
