A W Bothell, nine, of Greeley since 1967, died at home 1213 Ninth Street after eight years of injury and declining health. Native of Pennsylvania, he was a member of United Presbyterian church. Survived by wife, one son John principal of Eaton junior high, one grandson Billie Bothell of Baraboo Wisconsin, two granddaughters Mary and Rebecca of Pennsylvania, and brother James of West Virginia. Forrest A Woodward a laborer on the Teachers College dormitory project in Lincoln Nebraska was arrested Friday noon by Nabrznkane Police after authorities wired that Woodward Inc is charged with disposing of mortgaged property. Woodward denied the charge and was said to have come from Nebraska about a month ago.
Hurd was fined 615 and Conte George Aard of Gresley was fined 15 plus costs in police court Friday after appearing on a charge of being intoxicated.

Fort Collins July 8 Judge Graham Ford denied Douglas Langhoff a new trial. Langhoff, a Waldo ranch foreman, was convicted of murdering John Kyla, his fellow employee, at a North Park ranch. He faces transport to Canon City to serve sentence. Foreclosure suit filed to recover a deed of trust on an 80 acre Mead area farm. Virgil Laune sued to collect 31,500 note from 1921, now over 22,000 owed. Klein Land Company filed against Frank Metsinty and Irene Paps to quiet title to property north of Purcell._PRINTF
