Robbery Under Arc Light Hits Greeley Attorney
Thomas A. Nixon, young attorney, was held up near Arc Light at Eighth Avenue and Seventh Street about 9:30 last night. Two hoboes with blue revolver demanded money and a watch, but were later released as harmless. suspects fled north on a freight train. Also announced birth of a son to Mr. and Mrs. G. G. Atkeson of 606 Thirteenth Avenue on Tuesday.

Milliken Grants License for New Saloon on Main Street
Milliken, Jan. 26. The town board approved another saloon license. L. C. Mentz will open a thirst parlor in a new Main Street building near the railroad. This is the fourth saloon license in Milliken, with three already in operation. A jail was built soon after the first saloon opened.

Paralysis Fatal to Kersey Woman
Mies Mary Mortimer died Wednesday at her parents home in Kersey after a long paralysis illness. Born in New York 78 years ago she spent 25 years in Colorado. Survived by parents six brothers and one sister. Funeral services will be held today.

Pool hall owners plead not guilty to minor access charge
W H and W O Adkins proprietors of a pool hall at 820 Ninth street pleaded not guilty after arraignment on a charge of allowing minors to frequent their premises. The case was set for next Monday in the police court. A correction noted the location as mistaken.
