Davis Held for Burglary in Pinto Hen Theft Near Alt Inst Ost

J C Davis of Pierce, held at the county jail, confessed to burglarizing 25 sacks of pinto hens from farmer Harold Balmer near Alt, admitted hauling loot to Harrison, Arkansas, and stole six tires from a Kansas Colorado line garage. Airline radio stolen from Mrs Engar Johnson east of Fort Lupton in December allegedly by Walter McClure, pursued by sheriff. Radio recovered in Cheyenne and to be shipped back to Fort Lupton.

Unidentified Woman Backs Into Injured Peter Inglis

An unidentified woman driver struck 18 year old Peter Inglis on Tenth Street between Eighth and Ninth Avenues at 4 10 PM, knocked him from his bicycle, then drove away.
