Students favor ratification of treaty with reservations
At Btateg Teachers college 268 voters split 178 in favor of ratifying the treaty and league covenant with reservations. Three plans were offered. 72 favored ratification with specific reservations, 17 supported immediate ratification with compromise, and 90 backed reservations to protect national integrity. Thirty-nine faculty and 219 students voted. results were telegraphed from New York City.
