Judge rules no difference between first and second degree murder
Denver District Court Judge Zita Weinshienk ruled there is no legal or practical difference under Colorado law between first and second degree murder definitions and dismissed a first degree murder charge against William N. Returning POW is Divorced in Oklahoma
Tulsa AP reports Mrs. Galand Kramer, wife of Air Force Captain held as a POW in North Vietnam, disclosed she obtained a divorce on June 30 1972 from Kramer who was released Monday.
