Whole Council To Seek Jobs Another Term

Ely council members except Mayor W B Anderson plan reelection in their wards. Ralph T Bishop of the third ward announced his run, pledging to stand on his record. Clement Strabol and Ray Mrituene of the first ward declared, Frank Barber and US C Care ral from the second ward said they will run. No mayoral candidate yet. Talkies Used to Teach Physics Demonstration Set

A demonstration on using talking motion pictures in teaching physics will be shown Tuesday February 7 at 4 p.m. in the Little Theater of Teach era College. Dr Hal G Due will present the talk with a telegram note from A M Croongulat of the Chicago University press arriving to give the demonstration. The projector has been tested for educational use and the event is open to the public.

Carlson Proposes Widening of Road Greeley to Denver

County Commissioner William A Carlson of Grering proposes widening the Creesey Deaver Medway to provide safe shoulders for motorists. The plan, funded by Reconstruction Finance Corporation, is under study by the state highway department and is seen as reducing hazards on the arinrlat road.

Defense Motion Denied in Stewart Case

District Judge Nell B. Graham denied defendants motion for a jury trial in the Stewart case stemming from a traffic auto crash north of there. The ruling leaves the stage set for a later trial to seek damages from E. A. Lebi and J. J. Strohtor, with costs taxed to Louis Groenfield.
