Despondent Man Fires From Kansas City Tower

Trailer Slayer Found Guilty in Denver District Court
DENVER wW-Bethel E Brooke a Gilling station operator was convicted Thursday of murder in the trailer dwelling of Mrs Edith Norma Marck 25 mother of two. The 16 man 2 woman jury set the penalty at imprisonment. Marck divorced and mother of two was shot to death last July 13. Brooke also divorced and father of three testified he and Marck had drinks before going to the trailer but was absent when she was shot.

Fort Vasquez Restoration Begins At Historic Site
Restoration crews from Gilcrest and Platteville Lions clubs began reviving Fort Vasquez built in 1837 south of Phallteville. B-47 Crashes Near Palomar Observatory Reported Dead
A six engine Bay Stratojet bomber crashed on Palomar Mountain near the Palomar Observatory. An Air Force spokesman said three of five aboard were dead while the San Diego County sheriff reported four bodies located.
