Unitarian Society postpones church building for a year
At the annual meeting the Unitarian society in Unity home decided not to erect a church building this year, opting to delay the project for at least twelve months. Rev J M Mitchell will serve both Unity and Fort Collins pulpits until July 1. Mrs H D Parker and B D Sanbern elected trustees, with G M Houston president and Mrs Susan G Adams secretary. A supper preceded the meeting and many attendees were present.

The Greeley high school, recently equipped with modern features, is described as a palace of learning. More than 3,000 visitors toured the building, which showcases gas and electric illumination, a grand auditorium, 496 seats, a 42 foot stage, and a complete science and arts complex including physics chemistry biology and domestic science departments.

Clubhouse for College Girls to Rise on State Teachers Campus
Bids for a girls physical education clubhouse at the State Teachers College campus will be advertised within days. Estimated cost is 15 000 to 20 000 dollars. The building will be the only one of its kind in the state, with a basement gym pool showers baths kitchen and lunch room. The main floor offers a 50 by 30 foot club room and a large fireplace, while the second floor houses a suite for a woman director and chaperone.

Post Office Site Value Boosted. Greeley Urges $150,000
Prominent Greeley business and professional men plan telegrams to Senator Guggenheim and Colorado representatives pressing a $150,000 federal appropriation for a new post office building. An all day Thanksgiving meeting drew over 100 people with religious services, school program, and a paper on Teaching Girls to Cook.
