Mrs Mary E Rix of southwest Johnstown was granted a divorce from Charles Rix in district court. Beynon, a deputy sheriff, is said to be well acquainted with coal towns and southern Well county districts where coroner cases arise, with pledges to cut autopales and mileage to save taxpayers. Weld county records show 1077 families receiving emergency federal relief with 10000 people aided to date. Privaty A. L. Slaughter of Company C1 Twenderd Infantry Pore Ware ren was hurt two miles south of Ault on a gravelly pavement Wednesday night when the Hudson car he rode in with Private Henry J. Chanonux of the same company collided with a towed worn truck. The truck and trailer blocked the highway. Slaughter received head and chest injuries and was taken to Cheyenne hospital. Chanonux had a severe cut and was also injured. The wreck occurred as they attempted to pass a loaded eight ton corn truck. the judge and officer described extensive damage to the vehicles. Chestnut ordered into court at Ault.
