Incorporators are W R McClellan Arthur Leaver George Bird and Asa A Decker. Proposed reservoir lies in southwest corner of Section 14 Township 6 North Range 66 West using Lone Tree creek waters for irrigation. Principal office to be in Greeley.

Neighbors and investigators described the suspect, who was arrested carrying savings banks at a local institution. The accused proved to be the couple's father and husband, with plans to benefit from the deposits.
