Denver April 26 Colorado counties will receive larger allocations from the state highway fund due to a ruling by Attorney General Byron G lagers. Counties reporting paved mileages may be allotted 27 percent of state gas tax revenues, including mileage within cities over 2 50 population. Pueblo and El Paso counties to gain from the ruling with several other counties such as Larimer and Boulder also listed. Clay Apple Tr age 1 son of Mr and Mrs Chay Tr Apbto 3316 Cranford sustained a broken arm Thursday afternoon when he slipped and fell while playing tents at Island Grove courts. He had both bones broken in the left arm just above the wrist. Clay is a seventh grade student at Moestroy Junior High. Gravel at the back edge of the court caused him to fall.
Dr D J Barber reported to the police at 5 p m that his bag containing instruments and drugs had been stolen from his automobile parked at the Greeley hospital.
