Regional group eyes 52,500 grant for two year study
The Larimer-Weld Regional Council of Governments considers a 52,500 federal grant to fund a two year regional study on housing land use and water quality. The plan seeks to bypass state channels, direct HUD and 208 water quality work with COG staff and Denver Boulder and California consultants, plus SCS support.
