Farm sale in Weld County changes hands for 75000

Longmont April 13 R F P Coffin sold the 164 acre Longmont area farm east of the sugar factory in Weld county to W I Drake of Fort Collins for 75000. The property is among the region’s early settled tracts and lies near the pulp silo at the sugar plant. Rosie Welsh a resident of Greeley was taken in by the Salvation Army after a fall on the street. Police and local officials were seeking her residence and relatives with help from Captain Shaw.
