Jury selection begins in Latham damage suit
A six person jury was being selected in District Court Monday to hear an $85 000 suit filed over alleged damages caused by Wood Wwalers following breaking of the Latham Dam three miles east of La Salle April 12 1973. The plaintiff is Robert G Stroman of Greeley. The Lower Latham Reservoir Co. was the defendant but an amended complaint dropped the ditch company and officers and directors. Judge Donald A Carpenter presiding. proceeding expected to run the rest of the week.
