Bond reduction appeal denied in Boulder case
A bond reduction request for 19-year-old Den nis Belsher facing two counts of attempted murder, arson and assault in a dynamite car bombing was denied by District Court Judge Rex Scott in Boulder. Belsher remains jailed on a $50,000 bail after the judge declined to lower it following a psychiatrist's interview.
