Montana Statutes Show Queer Early Laws From Pioneer Era

Grinrod comb through statutes from 1864 Bannack to last winter, uncovering odd provisions such as estray care payments excluding stolen stock and early colonial price controls. They map amendments, court decisions, and cross state references to reveal how laws evolved with Montana.
