Helena July 2. Friel Ward of Ward and Tomlinson highway contractors Lewis town died in a blast on a road project near Sheep creek White Sulphur Springs. His wife dreamed two nights earlier of danger to Ward and of partner Tomlinson being killed. The accident shattered Ward while he stood over a powder charge.
