Heat gave way to a breeze and a shower in the evening as contestants competed in foot races, a greased pole challenge, and a baseball game. Nathan Mc Cauley won the horse race, Jim La Tray the saddle horse, and Bob Davis the pony race. Orville Thomas won the hundred yard dash. The seven reel film was lost in transit and the dance closed with Spider’s violin playing Home Sweet Home.
