Masquerade Ball Draws Big Turnout From Several Towns
The Grass Range Dancing Club hosted a successful masquerade ball last Saturday drawing the largest attendance in years. Guests arrived from Lewistown Gilt Edge Forest Grove Teigen and Winnett with 60 masked couples on the floor and many costumes. Louise Dengel won best dressed lady as Pocahontas Emmett Ryan claimed best dressed man as a Spanish matador Maggie Kozleski and Carl Barden were best dressed couple as George and Martha Washington A. G. Gillespie couple earned the booby prize with Holland peasant outfits Thirty more couples joined club members refreshments were served and music provided by the Catlin orchestra of Winnett.
