Sheriff B W Ward and staff arrested Mr and Mrs George Payne Billy Joe Wallace and the sister of Mr Payne following a tip into a string of burglaries including two houses radiators and a deep freezer. Wallace is free on bond and Payne remains in Canton jail. Ward and deputies Don Reid and Predtye made the arrests.
