Million for Improvements Planned by British Columbia Copper Company

Oscar Lashmund reports rapid development of British Columbia Copper holdings in Greenwood. Plans include a 2000 ton daily concentrator at Copper Mountain costing about 500000, a power plant near Princeton or Coalmont costing 390000, and a nine mile aerial tram to Princeton if the railway line is not extended. Greenwood subscribes for machine guns for local battalion

The Greenwoold community raised funds for machine guns and offered them to the 4th battalion. Ottawa wire confirms funds accepted and guns to be delivered via militia department in January.
