New York March 2 Bishop Yoshiyasu Hira Iwa of the Japan Methodist church in New York said that Count Shidehara the Japanese ambassador hinted to him that the Harding administration would adopt the Morris Shidehara agreement as a final settlement of the Japanese situation in California.
