Investigation of North Dakota Express Rates Ordered

Washington July 7 An investigation to determine whether rates maintained by the American Railway Express company within North Dakota are prejudicial to interstate commerce was ordered by the Interstate Commerce Commission. Hearings date and place not announced. The inquiry stems from a petition by the express company charging North Dakota railroad commissioners denied its request to raise state rates to interstate levels.
